DMCI unveils boutique condo

Manila Bulletin - February 22, 2011

MANILA, Philippines – The residential lifestyle concept once available only to the very affluent is now within reach of middle-income Filipino families with the development of a boutique condominium community in Quezon City. The Accolade Place of DMCI Homes is the only low-density, Asian-themed boutique condo neighborhood near the New Manila, Cubao and San Juan area.

The boutique condo concept brings the good life experience right where one lives. The new DMCI project is a serviced residence with amenities that accentuate refinement, security and accommodation.

Tropical greenery and water features enhance the tranquil atmosphere and echo Asian sensibilities in and around the community. Scenic elevators that used to be an attraction in hotels and retail outlets are a point of interest in this new community.

An interior courtyard is designed to allow natural light and breeze to flow organically into the hallways to harmonize modern efficiency with the resort-inspired surrounding that is suited for growing families.

To achieve the charm of a boutique concept, the six-story condo has a limited number of units. With cabanas, pools, a fitness gym, high-ceiling lobby, round-the-clock security, gated access, and concierge-level service, it is a welcome sanctuary and sound investment in an area known to host schools, residences, recreation and business centers.

The boutique condo neighborhood is one of the many projects of DMCI Homes that provide choices beyond the standard residential condominiums.

Only 130 units (a mix of two and three bedrooms) are being put on the market.

Sales of the units began last September, and construction will be completed by 2012.

DMCI Homes is a Triple A builder-developer that brings serviced, themed communities within reach of urban families.
